Gabrielle Diamonds
Back when South Africa was experiencing its first diamond rush in 1866, the Tolkowsky family was in the diamond business. Five generations bought, sold, cut and polished diamonds before Sir Gabrielle, architect of the magnificent Gabrielle Diamond, entered the family business in 1956. The Gabrielle Diamond is cut with 105 facets in all shapes such as round, carre (princess) heart, oval and cushion. There is no other more beautiful sparkle of dispersion of light and fire than a Gabrielle Diamond.
